Mission Equity Properties LLC, an Arizona Corporation purchased the properties listed in the document below in the above mentioned subdivision on June 14th 2002 from Safe Harbour Capital, a division of Enigma LTD.  A copy of the quit claim deed is posted below for your convenience clearly stating that the properties are Mission owned assets (Adobe Acrobat required).

Prior to that purchase, a mortgage lien was held by Enigma LTD against the properties in the acquisition.  Enigma LTD initiated and completed the foreclosure action (VA-96-259-CV) in the District Court of Valencia County, Thirteenth Judicial District. The judgment was approved by the Honorable District Judge John W. Pope on June 10, 2002.  A copy of foreclosure documents are available for review below (Adobe Acrobat required).
